Delivery is good, everything is provided including for installation. Setting up was quite simple. Picogram filters is installed inside. But inside can only fit 8 inch I think, so if have bigger filter cartridge can put the filter outside. Power efficiency is quite good for dispenser with tank, better than the one I had previously. Genuine doulton ceramic filter is provided along with high quality housing as promo. Seller even kind to also provide doulton tap water filter with carbon filter. Water taste good. Hot water is hot and cold water is cold. The design is quite nice.
